Fat Loss - How to Guarantee Fat Loss

When it comes to fitness there are a number of things we need to do in order to see results. This applies to nutrition, to building muscle and both of these things play a big part in fat loss. There is no quick weight loss diet plan or the best diet to lose belly fat. It comes back to your daily routine of the calories you are ingesting and the exercise you are taking part in. And it has to be a repetitive process. The best way to burn fat and the right way is to eat in a caloric deficit, but not a drastic one, something you can maintain and that is realistic to you, and include exercise and weightlifting. In this video, I go into more detail about how to lose stomach fat and how you can keep it off.
